Effective end of business on May 14, 2026, the FMCSA L&I systems will be taken offline indefinitely as the agency transitions to its new MOTUS platform. Shutdown Info: Date & Time: FMCSA’s legacy filing system will be shut down on Thursday, May 14 at 8:00 PM ET. No Filing Capability: There will be no ability to submit Federal filin
